Varietal: 100% Monastrell. Have a rest of 14 months in French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes: Red ruby. Smell of red fruits and berries, with a subtle background of grass and floral qualities. Has strong flavors of black fruits and focused. The final repeated notes of blackberry, leaving traces of pepper qualitative energetic. Long finish.

Vineyard Description: Small parcels of vineyards between 40 and 75 years old with very low yields, all scattered through the Sierra de la Sima in the heart of Alicante. Grown in the system “cup" in (almost organic) natural conditions without irrigation. The combination of these features of the terrain and the altitude difference has this small area set a predominantly continental microclimate with Mediterranean influences with high temperature variations between day and night. All these conditions result in acidity and sugar content balanced.
